windows explorer flag

Does anyone know how I can change the flag
icon in Windows Explorer(i.e. file manager)
to an icon of my choice perhaps a company
logo or a smiley face. I have found programs
that allow you to do this to Internet Explorer and Outlook but none of them allow
you to change the icon in Explorer.
