Windows Explorer goes to sleep

Windows Explorer goes to sleep when a right click is performed (as to check properties…) or when the ‘del’ key is pressed to delete a highlighted file. Also, launching programs from office shortcut bar is VERY slow, as is launching NAV 2003 from the tray.

Can’t think of any new s/w or h/w I’ve added recently.
