windows explorer problem

when i freshly login to my windows and try to open windows explorer or any other window its getting late to come i had changed the ram i had reinstalled windows freshly even i had changed the entire machine but i am having the same problem even though i had o problem in opening the windows explorer from the next time.

pls. give me help..
