Windows explorer problem shlwapi.dll

If we right mouse click on the cd in the cd drive and go to properies or try explorer the cd, windows comes up with windows explorer error the mod name is shlwapi.dll

The only way out is to reboot the computer.
It is a Lenovo 0761 laptop running windows XP Home Edition.
