Windows Install gone bad!!

I was running Windows 95, and decided to upgrade to Windows 98.
During the Install, something went wrong, and now the system won’t boot. I saved my system files, and created a boot disk during the install process.
Is there a way to revert back to windows 95…unistall win98 using the system files, and boot disk?(I cannot get into an operating system, 95 or 98)unistall win98 using the system files, and boot disk)?
