We have a new laptop that seems to hang at the “results” screen after logging into Novell. If I start explorer.exe from the task manager it will start fine and our ZENworks NAL launcher will start and everything works fine, However if I don’t start explorer it takes up to 2 minutes before before it leaves the “results” screen and starts ZENworks. I’m not sure if there is a redundant registry key or if this is a driver issue in the laptop, we have never had this problem before, hopefully we aren’t the first…Any help would be appreciated
