Windows logon scripts

Hello!

My name is Assaf Lasry and my problem is the following:
I have a Server having Windows NT Server 4.0 as my environment. I have 100 users where each and every user have a logon scripts. The Scripts contain the different mappings to applications and different printer settings. The problem is when the users enter their user name and password to access the network, the scripts do not get generated on the first shot. Meaning, only after 2 or 3 attemps to log on, then the script gets generated. What is the cause for this and how can I solve this problem? I want the users to be able to connect to the network on the very first attempt.
Please, it’s an emergency.
