Windows ME and Drivers

Is anyone else having trouble with windows me and drivers? For instance, loosing audio, network or cd’s. Have to reboot or even completely shut down to get them back. We just upgraded to ME 2 weeks ago, and so far thats the only problem we are expoeriencing. Thank you.
