Windows ME boot disk creation

I’ve noticed that I cannot sys a floppy anymore. Even the function has been deleted from the Format GUI and the sys.com file has been removed from c:\windows\command. What’s the simple to make a boot disk for WindowsME? It’s a pain when I need toupdate the BIOS or any other time when a boot disk is needed. I know I can get the sys from another OS but that’s not the point. How does MS propose we create this necessary item?
