Windows ME Crash-Nero CD.

Installed Nero CD Burn and on the reboot I noticed it had made a MSRam Drive out of my DVD-ROM (e:\). This has made the system only able to boot in safe mode-with the ME Recover floppy. Which file can I look at to remove/edit the Ram Drive out. Could only find one entry in the registry but this did not help. Thanks for any help. Mike Cunningham
