Windows ME gives Blue Screen on Shutdown

I have a pentium 933mhz with windows ME, 256mb ram, SB Live 5.1 sound, ATI Radeon video card, 40 GB HD. When I shutdown, I get the blue screen of death with the following error code. Error: OE : 019f:bff6bb07. I get this everytime I shutdown and it is always the same memory address. Once the blue screen comes up I have to hit escape three times to get it to continue with the shutdown. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem?
