Windows Me … SURegCreateKey failed!

Every time the computer start it give me the following message: SURegCreateKey failed!

All I know about this computer is taht it has Windows ME and that it was before part of a network and now for a reason that I don’t know it’s no longer part ofthis network.

Can anyone help me?
