Windows Millenium

I am currently running Windows Millenium and lately I have been getting garbled fonts on my screen. I have reloaded the video driver a couple of times, upgraded from Microsoft, and nothing helps. It only appears when I am on the Internet. Could someone please help me how I can correct this problem?
