Windows NT 4.0

I read somewhere that Service Pack 6 introduced USB support into NT. I am now doubting myself as Ican nolonger find this information.
Does NT 4.0 SP6 have USB support? We are currently running NT 4.0 SP4 with no USB support, but now require it.
