Windows NT 4.0 Server Login error

when logon screen starts an error msg appear:
/systemroot\system32\driver\e100b.sys device driver could not be loaded error status was 0xc000012f.

then when I press Okay on the error message a blue screen with memory dump starts.

how could Isolve this problem? I tried login with last known good configuration it did not work. I did reinstallation of windows Nt 4.0 Server on the same direcotry, but same error.
