Windows NT 4.0 Server SP6

I am in the process of purchasing an application which the vendor requires me to have the following installed on the above mentioned server;

Service: Microsoft Terminal Services

Application: Microsoft Small Bus Pack SQL v7

How can I find out if these are *already* installed on the machine?
