Windows NT Is Stuck

Hello,

I have a system with windows NT. I had one ide 6.4 gig hd hooked up. Trying to save problems in the future, I decided to do a mirror of the disk. I used an 8.4 gig.

When I went to reboot my cursor just sits there. I was told my boot sector is fubar’d.
I tired repairing from my emergency repair disk. It still didn’t fix it I have a blinking cursor stairing me in the eye with my data intact what do I do? Please Help
