Windows NT Login Scripts

It seems that my PDC is no longer recognizing that my users have individual CAL’s. I say this for 2 reasons:
1) License Manager is stating that all users are unauthorized.

2) None of my login scripts are running. The currently reside in %SYSTEMROOT%\SYSTEM32\REPL\IMPORT\SCRIPTS.
