Windows NT Network Logon

I need help.

My PC is connected to a network with Windows NT being the main operating system.
That means that everyone who has a username and password and who also are apart of the Domain has access to my PC.

I want to restrict access to mostpeople who are apart of the domain.
I only want myself and the network administrator to have access to my PC.

Any suggestions?
