windows nt operating system

Hello,
Currently i have windows 98 operating system, but i need to have NT server asap. The problem is I figured out my several devices such as DVD, CDR, video card, usb port….. would not work in nt environment. I’m thinking make partitions for nt and 98. is there any better way to get nt while all devices working without even partition? I heard i can download nt drivers from the web to make devices work in nt environment. Is that ture? Then how can I get them?
Please let me know what are the best ways to switch from windows 98 to nt.

By the way, my computer is dell dimension XPS T800r.
