Windows NT Printer problem from NIT

I am a Network Administrator in nirma institute of technology. my dotmatrix printer which is attached with the Windows NT server is giving message “Network Name not found”, while I am giving print command from server or client. It can print from PC DOS Mode. But not from Windows NT. I have reinstall the printer drivers also.Its parallel port device is working in control panel. I am not able to understand where is it finding network name?
