Windows NT Server Replication on one NIC

Is it possible to configure the Windows NT Server Directory Replication service to run on one NIC adapter?. I want to have all my replication between servers run on one dedicated NIC adapter, so that I can have replication occuring all throughout the day. The reason for this is because I want to add users’ home shares to the replication listing.

Any ideas would be grreatly appreciated.
