Windows NT Workstation Admin Password

The person who installed on my machine left the country and cannot be contacted anywhere.I cannot reinstall coz there is a program that I use(written by the same guy).No ERD’s for this installation.How can I get admin privilleges coz I want to install more programs and a modem for internet
