Windows protection after upgrade to IE5

After upgrading to IE5 and installed the 128 encryption bit, now when I reboot the win95 PC, it gets the windows protection fault.
I restarted it to safe mode and uninstall IE5 but it does’t solve my problm.

I would not want to reinstall win95again as the user wants the data in the harddisk and I hv no way to connect to our network to transfer the data.
I’m in a fix now wondering what’s next….
