Windows Protection Error….

‘Windows protecion Error… ‘

This message will appear when accessing the internet only.

First time access to any website is okay but the message will appear when changing to another website. ex: www.msn.com changing to www.yahoo.com

I havereloaded win98 numerous times, check all drivers (modem, vga, monitor, mb patch, cdrom), replace all memory, replace hd but still i got the message.

What shall i do next?
