Windows Restart

Does anyone no what command invokes the restart or reboot function for windows. One of my users installed a program on to the computer and ever since then everytime I go to the control panel, the computer restarts. I think something was changed inthe registry which calls the main.cpl command from the control panel.

I’ve tried copying all the related .cpl files including the main.cpl over using the extract command from my original windows disk but it still restarts when I call up the main.cpl.

Can anyone help? Is their a dll file linking or something.
