Windows Update

Most of our Win9x don’t have internet access.

We don’t have SMS.

Given that you can click on Windows Update in Internet Explorer to update windows and Internet Explorer from Microsoft site, it there a way to download all that updates (criticalupdates, IE,…etc) to a shared folder and run it there?
