Windows Update

The O/S on this terminal is Windows98 2nd Edition. Each time the Windows Update Menu is brought up on the screen and goes into the log-on operation, only a portion of the WebSite is visible.

It never goes into its final stage of analyzing the system and reflecting the current installed updates.

However, when loging onto MicroSoft.com and then going into Windows Update, the terminal will go through all its program steps and provide the currently installed updates.

What is the proper fix for this situation?
