Windows Update Corporate Edition Install

Having just read the MS white paper on this apparent great utility for Corporate Intratnets, it does not tell if its a special utility that must be aquired and installed on a Win2000 network. I have downloaded all the appropriate files from the sitefor local update library but do not see how to make use of the auto feature like windows updates provides.
