Windows XP

Hi,

I have win XP and outlook 2002. I have hard time connecting to E2K. Whenever I double click on outlook it takes about a minute to respond with error message ” your microsoft exchange server is unavailable…Retry—work offline—cancel”. When I click on retry it connects to exchange server but it takes about a minute. I have to do this all the time. Is there any help out there?
