Windows XP

I have a problem with my parents keeping track of what I am doing on the computer. I tend to play game till 2:00am and they are using the Windows Histroy agiants me. I have the office Windows XP so i was woundering if there is a way to delete the history forom my parents administrative conrol. I have Administrative control also so if there is a way please send me a e-mail how to delete it.
