Windows XP as Server

I have a small network of 5 PCs. I have configured the workstations with fixed IP and DNS pointing to the WinXP Prof. as server. The PCs can ping to each other but I can’t see the PCs when I view them on the “Network Neighborhood”. What’s wrong with my configuration? Thank you
