Windows XP autodials to the Internet.

Every time WinXP-Professional boots-up, it tries to connect to the internet. I have already disabled all the startup group items without success. I have disabled the “Allow other network users to connect through this computer’s internet connection” option, and in the Internet Explorer’s Internet options menu is setup to “Never dial a connection”. Also, the “Redial attempts” are set to “0”.

I cannot find which program is responsible for this, although I believe the connection is being launched by Windows itself.

I need to know of a way to stop this.
