windows XP custumization

WINDOWS XP CUSTOMIZATION.
How can I change or remove the on screen users names from the screen and the picture so that the logon screen will only accept passwords to determine the user who log in and load its settings automatically. In the case of the Guest account the user should press esc or enter to log on into guest account.
