Windows XP Folders

I purchased a demo laptop with Windows XP home pre-installed and it had some users installed on the unit as well. I was able to remove the other users but under the Documents & Settings area there are two folders that I have no access to. I have tried to delete them but get a message that access and provilge is denied. One has a persons name augsto agrno the other is tilted Privileged.

I have tried everything and all the recomendations for Windows(microsoft) ot no avail. Can someone help please.
