Windows XP Home and Professional on two hard drives

I have two hard drives and I installed one HD with Windows XP Home and Windows XP Pro on the other HD. But one HD is C:/ and the other HD is configured as H:/. How do I configure or re-install them as C:/ and D:/ in that way?
