Windows xp home edition upgrade

I have a PC at home which had Windows XP home edition upgrade on it. I have lost both HD and Motherboard due to a storm. I have another computer here at the house with windows 98. Can I upgrade this computer using the same Windows XP Home Editionupgrade software?
