Windows XP Inernet Connection Sharing

I have 2 computers (P4 and P2) using Windows XP, I want to use ICS on both of them. the P4 is the main computer directly connected to Rogers Cable while the P2 is the client computer. The network is a PHONE network. I have set the IP to the local connection NIC on P4 to 192.168.0.1 while the client IP on P2 is 192.168.0.2 and the IP on the P4 cable NIC is set to automatically receive IP. I even have run the Windows XP network setup wizard using th XP CD to setup Main and Client connection. Now,they both can see each other on network environment and can ping each other BUT the client P2 cannot get into the internet (P4 is OK). We can I do now to get the P2 into the net? Thanks!
