WINDOWS XP (Non-Destructive Restore)

User has Windows XP (Home Edition). Modem would not work so user tried to trouble shoot by theirself, ran the Non-Destructive restore option (F10) from boot up menu. Now the user profile is missing, and the administrator account is not valid (cannot log on as administrator). Further (HD has run out of space (60 gig hard drive is completely full). Cannot remove programs becuase cannot log on as administrator and user profile which had administrator rights is missing. Any ideas on (1) Restoring user profile, (2) Restoring Administrator account?
