Windows XP & Novell

We are using Windows XP and Novell 6, with that in mind I would like to know: 1. How can I make it when any user that we set up all have the same wall paper and screen saver without going into each user and make it so they can’t change it? 2. How can I use my accounts that I created in Novell with XP so that I don’t have to go to each computer and create an account for those users or for them to log in twice?
