Windows XP upgrade

Hi,

I wanted to upgrade my Dell Latitude 600 to Windows XP from Windows 2000 pro. I ran the upgrade the advisor and it gives “Replacement Logon SOftware” warning. Further details shows either Biometrick or Smart Card logon, but I have neither of these. Any idea on how to remove this? or whatever it is?
