Windows XP with Novell and Windows NT

We have 2 types of setups at present , one is Novell and another is Windows NT domiain.
at presnt we are using windows 2000 clients as novell clients. we are planning to move to domain model. but we want to keep our novell exisitng infrastructure as it is. is there any way in windows 2000 clients to make them as microsoft client network clients and also we are using novell clients on all the machines, No CSNW or GSNW concept.
and is there any way to synchronise novell login passwords with NTdomian passwords..
