windows98 fail to log on on Win 2k serve

I put up new pdc in our company running at win2k os. but there is a problem occure while i create a active directory the client that running windows 98 cannot log on to the new pdc. Windows xp client dont have a problem in log in only the windows 98client.. Kindly help me to solve this problem. Thank you in advanced.
