Windows98SE start up

When Win98SE starts I get a error box:-
This program has caused an illegal operation and will be shut down. DW caused an invalid page fault in module DW.EXE at 0177:0043122c

When I click the “X” at top right the error box disappears and computerworks normally.

Also in IE ver 6.0 (Outlook Express) when I click a link in any email, the OE freezes up & I have to do CTRL-ALT-DEL routine to reload it normally again & then it works normally.

I have WIN98SE, PIII/550MHZ, 128MB Ram, 20GB HDD.

Please help.
