WinME Shuts down during loadup

I have a WinME machine that keep automatically shutting down during the boot up process. The icons start to appear, then the screen disappears and its like the machine just turns it off like I clicked shutdown. Any clues? I have tried safe mode and 4 different restore points but no luck.
