WINNT Directory Permission

My Institute have WINNT Server and WINNT Users as well. During a training session a user log into a PC with administrator login ID and set permission “Not Accessible” to WINNT directory (System directory).. Now whenever I tried login there is a blank screen. How to resolve this matter..
