winnt option pack 4.0 installation probl

while installing winnt option pack 4.0 on winnt workstation it gives two error messages

1) GoGetClassObject, 0x80080005 server execution failed
2)Create IIs Pacakage or Delete IIS Package ,
Ox80004005 Unspecified error.

What is the cause of this error and what is
a solution.
