winnt option pack 4.0 problem on winnt w

while installing option pack 4.0 on winnt
worksation it gives following error messages
1)CoCreateInstance, 0x8007000d the data is invalid.

2)SetData, 0x80090016 Keyset, does not exist.
and the same messages in displayed while i uninstall option pack.
