WinNT Workstation 4 Won’t Print!

I have five computers on an NT domain network. It is a pure IP network. Two computers run NT Workstation 4 service pack 4 one runs NT server 4 with lastest service pack and two windows 98 computers. The two NT 4 Workstation computers have laserjet printers. One will not print. I have booted the computer to MS-DOS and tested the port by using: dir >LPT1. This produce a print out. So I ruled out it being a port problem. I can add the printer in Control Panel and I do not get any error messages BUT no matter what I do in Windows, it refuses to print. Any help and I would be VERY grateful.
