WinNT WS 4.0 Server service prb

I’ve configured my small local network to use TCP/IP connection.
I have:
one Win NT Server 4.0 SP4
three Win98 SE WS
one Win NT WS 4.0 SP4

I have the following problem:
when I try to run the WinNT WS,
I recieve a message that some of the services have not been started successfully.
In the Event log I see that the Server service have not been started due to

not having enough “Server storage” to run it.

Does anybody know how to increase that “Server storage”?

All points for thefirst WORKING suggestion.
